A daylight version of some street galleries I posted some time ago, from Kelvinbridge, though with a couple of additions.
This includes the "official" and "unofficial", or "art" and "vandalism" if you follow the Glasgow City Council line, garbled as it is. I am tempted to call that number they provided and ask for clarification, but I'm not sure I'd get an answer.I saw this in my local newpaper this evening, referring back to my October 31st post. It's so confused, lazily fudged thinking and journalism. It says graffiti is a crime but this work involved "the skills of street artist Sam Bates". So where do they draw the line? If the police saw him at work would they arrest him or wait to see if they like it, then let him off, as it's art and not graffiti?

All pictures by Tom Marsden, back then. Sadly, I assume none of the art exists any more, but that's the nature of it.
Real is the main featured artist. Where is he now? I'd love to see more by any of these guys.Just along from the others, still in the dark so my aim a bit off. Officially sanctioned site, done by school kids, possibly. This is more or less as it runs along the wall near Kelvinbridge.
